Browse the current drop, select your size, and add your item to cart. Once you complete checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at Support@concoreclothing.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your full name and email address used at checkout so we can confirm your order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Fit may vary slightly by style, but each product page will note whether the item runs true to size, oversized, or fitted. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up. If you want a closer fit, choose your usual size unless the product page says otherwise.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Yes—if your item is eligible and the size you need is still in stock, we’ll do our best to exchange it. If the item is sold out, we may offer store credit or a return based on our policy.
Limited drops, sale items, or special-release products may be marked final sale. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [insert timeframe, for example 3 days] of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
For best results, wash cold, inside out, with similar colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the print.
Like any printed garment, wear and washing affect longevity. Following the care instructions will help preserve the fit, fabric, and graphic quality over time.
Some pieces may restock, but many CONCORE items will be released in limited runs. Once a design is gone, there’s no guarantee it will return.
