Shipping policy
We’re committed to getting your order out as quickly and clearly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, restocks, and high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (if offered)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high volume.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions or thresholds (if any) will be shown at the time of purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If delayed, check tracking first.
If marked delivered but missing:
• Check your delivery area
• Check with neighbors or household
• Contact the carrier directly
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery unless required by law.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at support@concoreclothing.com with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve the issue.
8. International Shipping
At this time, CONCORE ships only to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). We do not ship internationally. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be blocked, or canceled and refunded.
